Where we chose to live -

Salobrena on the Costa Tropical de Granada is one of the quietest and least developed coastal locations in Andalusia and the mature residential hillside where the properties we offer are situated has some of the best views you will find anywhere. Situated just 45 minutes from the city of Granada and the Alhambra, this largely undiscovered subtropical coastal area enjoys mainland Europe's warmest winters & yet just 60 minutes away are Spain's highest mountains and the extensive ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada. Granada International airport is under 60 minutes by car with Malaga and Almeria airports taking just a little longer. The traveling times to these airports will be reduced with the completion of motorways currently under construction that will very soon reach Salobrena.

Despite an anticipated slower than normal start to 2009 there has been a growing amount of activity at the end of April and early May with particular interest in this area for Salobrena villas for sale which we would not have expected even at the end of March.
