This villa was renovated by the owner some years ago after purchasing it through us as a rental investment. In its initial incarnation it was a rather unspecial small cortijo style property with two bedrooms. It is now a comfortable four bedroom property with all bedrooms having their own bathroom as well as there being a guest bathroom close to the upstairs living area.

The owner chose mainly white finishes in the bedrooms and kitchen to create light and open spaces. Three of the bedrooms are located on the lower floor two of these bedrooms open onto the pool terrace. The fourth bedroom is on the upper level at the furthest point from the living area and kitchen to minimise any disruption of the occupants by other guests. All bedrooms have very good storage and wardrobe space and there is additional storage space throughout the property for storage.

The kitchen which has been equipped exclusively with Mele appliances opens directly into the living area as well as onto a terrace at the rear of the property where there is space to eat in the shade, this terrace continues and wraps around the house at this level. The living area which is a good size includes the dining area with a table for 8 persons.

As well as a fireplace in the living area there is also cental heating from an oil fired boiler under the pool area - although unlikely to be used frequently it will probably be greatly appreciated during the coolest nights of the year here.

Outdoors at the lower level there is a heated pool (again using oil) together with a small cloakroom to avoid entering the house whilst covered in sun tan lotion or wet. The terrace around the pool is private, large enough to entertain and have meals.

The villa has a detached garage at road level but should you not wish to use this a wide driveway curves upwards to the main entrance and the off-road parking.

The owner (who previously also bought another property through us on Monte de los Almendros for his own use) has decided for health reasons to sell this villa as he is no longer interested in keeping two properties here in Spain. This property which is being sold fully furnished could continue as a rental property but would also make a comfortable home for someone.
