Recently built three bedroom west facing villa with views to the sea and Salobrena beach

Located on the western slopes of Monte de los Almendros this villa was built by Belgian clients of ours in 2002 and enjoys views of the setting sun as well as good sea views to the south.

At the entrance there is good off road parking and level access. The upper floor of the villa is light and open. There is a modern kitchen with access to the pool area below and has large windows overlooking the terraces pool and beyond. Close by there is a casual dining area as well as a cloakroom for guests. There is a further more formal dining area with views over the sea. At this level there is also a television and sitting area.

Along the length of the upper level, there is a terrace which helps extend the living area during the summer months with various areas to sit and enjoy the views, including to the peñon in Salobrena.

The three bedrooms are located downstairs, each is en-suite. The bathroom of the third bedroom connects easily with the pool terrace and bother other bedrooms have large sliding doors providing good external access as well as making the views a main feature of these rooms. Each bedroom has air conditioning.

Outside there is a large terrace around the swimming pool with sufficient space to relax on the sun loungers, dine and barbecue. Below the property there is a garden area which has set up to require little on going maintenance.
