Currently owned by a Spanish family who use the villa as a holiday home for less than a month each year this 3 bedroom detached property has very good views towards the Sierra Nevada and to Salobrena.

At road level there is a single car garage with the entrance to the house being up a stone staircase at the side while an arched wrought-iron gate provides a separate entrance to the garden area. The living area has been extended which has created two distinct areas, possibly one for casual relaxation and the other for greeting guests. These area over look the gardens and also Salobrena and the mountains which have snow on the peaks for more than six months of the year.

There is a separate dining area with an adjacent good sized kitchen which was recently updated. The kitchen is separate from the dining area but could be made open plan with minimal effort if desired. Off the kitchen there is a rear courtyard area, useful for discretely drying clothes and there is a separate utility room.

The 3 bedrooms and bathroom (also recently updated) are located at the rear of the property. The emphasis here is typically Spanish in that they have been designed to be dark and cool. The property does not have its own swimming pool but there is plenty of space to build one, which could have very good views and connect to the living area without a change in level. There is however, a large communal pool together with tennis courts no more than 2 minutes walk from the property.
