From this level there are good views to the south across the terra-cotta roof tops and gardens as well as along the beaches of Salobrena to the east and the setting sun in the west.

From this property the sea is less than five minutes walk away and if you wish you can quite easily walk along the Mediterranean coastline to La Caleta as small, traditional Spanish fishing village and home to the ancient sugar factory where the sea meets La Caleta and then continue along La Guardia beach which is almost deserted throughout the year until you reach Salobrena which is about a five minute walk.
