Very attractive 3 bedroom villa overlooking Salobrena with wonderful gardens and viewsDesigned by a talented local Spanish architect who built a number of the more popular villas on the hillsides to the west of Salobrena this property has had time to mature which has helped create a very special villa. The villa which is at the end of a cul de sac is built a few steps up from the road and garage to ensure that it enjoys the best views towards Salobrena. As you ascend the steps you are surrounded by many mature flowering plants and trees and across a small terrace area which is slightly removed from the main outdoor areas of the villa there is an orchard area which also gently slopes down to the road at the far end of the plot where it has its own separate entrance. Inside the villa there is a spacious living area with a large open fireplace situated between the large glass windows. From here there are excellent views along the coast to the castle Salobrena sat atop a large rock rising from a sea of flat green sugarcane and which is often lit up at night. Within the living area, which is in keeping with rustic style of the property there is a dining space. Although the kitchen is separate there are two closeable arched opening which allow a degree of connection between the two areas and is convenient for passing food through. The size of all the bedrooms is generous. The main bedroom which was added on to the property about six years ago is located at the far end of a corridor and has its own en-suite, which built at the same time. The other two bedrooms both open through double wooden doors onto a covered terrace overlooking the gardens and the sea giving them an open feeling. There is a second bathroom which both of these bedrooms share and in addition there is a guest toilet. There is also access to the rear terrace of the property from opposite the doors into the bedrooms. Currently used mainly as a very occasion holiday home this property could be a very good rental property with lots of charm and with a tropical feeling.
