We have a wide selection of plots on the popular hillside of Monte de los Almendros overlooking Salobrena. Plot prices usually start at around 130,000 euros and can be as high as 300,000 euros or ocassionaly even higher. The price depends not just on size but also factors such as privacy, views and how easy it would be to build on the plot. The local planning rules allow for upto 30% of the plot size to be constructed, there by maintaining green areas and the feeling that the hillside is not overdeveloped.

All plots have some sea views and many of the ones currently available also have views to Salobrena castle. Unlike villas with their own distinctive styles photographs do little to convey a true idea of the potential of any individual plot or distinguish it from others that we have and would therefore if you are thinking of building a villa in the south of Spain we would recommend coming to view plots in person.
