An open and airy Salobrena villa, well maintained with heated pool and good views to Salobrena castle

It is difficult not to be impressed by the views of Salobrena from this villa, in addition to the castle and town there are good views to the beaches of Salobrena and along the coast. Villas on the hillside do not always take full advantage of their positions and the potential views but this quite recently built property has been designed with large windows so Salobrena is perfectly framed from the main rooms of the house including the kitchen area.

The villa has been well maintained by its owners who have lived in the property since purchasing it, having also earlier rented it from the previous owner during which time they fell in love with its open spaces, the fact it is easy to maintain and is in a sunny south facing position.

The villa itself comprises three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the upper level which has good easy access from the street and the secure parking area there is a large open living area and dining area with an open plan kitchen and a discretely located bathroom. A terrace leads at this level around to the side of the property where a raised wooden terrace provides a place to comfortably relax in the shade and has been designed to support the weight of a jaccuzzi!

Below the main level there are three bedrooms (one currently used as an office) and two bathrooms (one en-suite to the main bedroom). The two principal bedrooms both open onto the main terrace where there is an outdoor shaded eating area at the far end from the pool as well as a substantial shaded terrace adjacent to the pool.

Despite not having a formal garden large palms, fruit and rubber trees, cacti and bird of paradise plants create a lush environment in the pool area while the villa remains low maintenance. Below the property there is a very large cellar area which is useful for storage.

As well as a heated pool the villa has air conditioning throughout.
